The AquaEasyGarden system can be set up in about 10 minutes without any tools. It’s a good idea to become familiar with the AquaEasyGarden System Components prior to setting up the system. The entire system sets up in 4 main steps correlating to the 4 main system components.
- The Support System
- Step A1: Place the (2 EA) HIGH END SUPPORT BLOCKS about 38” apart on a fairly level area of ground. Unfold the HIGH END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STAND and seat the legs in the HIGH END SUPPORT BLOCK depressions.
- Step A2: Place the (2 EA) LOW END SUPPORT BLOCKS about 66”,
(center to center), from the HIGH END SUPPORT BLOCKS. Unfold the LOW END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STAND and seat the legs in the LOW END SUPPORT BLOCKS.(note: The LOW END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STAND has the TIMER backboard already attached. The TIMER should be 
facing the HIGH END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STAND. The 1” holes in the PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STANDS should be aligned.) - Step A3: Thread the ¾” diameter X 6’ length GREY PVC WATER TUBE SUPPORT PIPE through the holes in the HIGH END and LOW END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STANDS. (note:
The flared end of the GREY PVC WATER SUPPORT PIPE should seat against the HIGH END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STAND)
- The Growing Medium System
- Step B1: Lift the 6” diameter X 10’ length SDR-35 PIPE WITH END CAPS into the PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STANDS so that the DRAIN NIPPLES are
located at the LOW END. Align the Velcro Straps on the bottom of the PIPE with the Velcro Strap at the bottom of the PIPE SADDLE on both LOW END and HIGH END PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STANDS.(note: The DRAIN NIPPLES of all PIPES should be aligned in the same plane) - Step B2: Place the PRE-ROLLED BLUE HAMMOCK PIPE FILTERS, (2
EA per section of PIPE), into the PIPE, one at the DRAIN NIPPLE END CAP and the other at the full pipe section located at the midpoint of the 10’ PIPE. - Step B3: Fill the PIPE sections between the BLUE HAMMOCK PIPE FILTERS with the PERLITE, (INERT GROWING MEDIUM), to within about an inch from the top of the PIPE trough.
- Step B1: Lift the 6” diameter X 10’ length SDR-35 PIPE WITH END CAPS into the PIPE SADDLE SAWHORSE STANDS so that the DRAIN NIPPLES are
- The Water / Nutrient Supply System
- Step C1: Thread the single tube end of the PRE-ASSEMBLED WATER SUPPLY TUBING SYSTEM through the flared end of the GREY PVC WATER SUPPORT PIPE until the ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL VALVES seat into the 6” PIPE END CAPS at the HIGH END.(The ADJUSTABLE FLOW
CONTROL VALVES are properly seated when the VALVE HANDLE is touching the PIPE END CAP) - Step C2: Situate the 100 GALLON HEAVY DUTY RESERVIOR at the LOW END of the system so that the DRAIN NIPPLES are located at the center of the 100 GALLON HEAVY DUTY RESERVIOR. Place the single tube end of the
PRE-ASSEMBLED WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM into the RESERVIOR. - Step C3: Attach the PUMP INLET FILTER to the inlet fitting of the SUBMERSIBLE PUMP.
- Step C4: Attach the single tube end of the PRE-ASSEMBLED WATER SUPPLY TUBING SYSTEM to the outlet end of the SUBMERSIBLE PUMP.
- Step C5: Plug the SUBMERSIBLE PUMP Power Cord into the bottom of the DIGITAL OUTDOOR TIMER. (note: The TIMER must be programmed to the water and nutrient cycle that best suits the area you live in, the season in which you’re growing, and the type of plants you wish to grow. The TIMER instructions are included with the TIMER package.)
- Step C1: Thread the single tube end of the PRE-ASSEMBLED WATER SUPPLY TUBING SYSTEM through the flared end of the GREY PVC WATER SUPPORT PIPE until the ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL VALVES seat into the 6” PIPE END CAPS at the HIGH END.(The ADJUSTABLE FLOW
